Karapınar Digitals began where most quiet rebellions begin — in front of a screen, refusing to accept what was offered. Numerals that feel plastic, generic fonts that look alike, vectors with crumbling edges.
Our foundry was set up in Bayburt, in the high east of Anatolia. That distance is no accident — away from the noise, we can hear the sound of the work.
Our job is to rewrite the language of the pitch with discipline. To measure every curve, to set every numeral on the grid, to review every letter once more — and once more again.
